Customer Connect is California Child Support’s self-service platform, giving you 24-7 access to the information you need about your case.
Our secure, self-service website allows you to contact your caseworker, receive reminders and updates, see your payment history and other information, update your contact information and change your log-in credentials any time, from anywhere.
You will need your Social Security number or Participant ID to log in, and will need to create a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Customer Connect will take you through the process of obtaining a PIN when you register for the first time.
