It’s my first time logging in. What do I do?

After selecting either “person receiving support,” “parent paying support,” or “employers,” click on “register” to set up your account. Fill out the required fields, which include your participant ID, date of birth, name, email, mailing address, and phone number. Your participant ID number can be found on a child support check or on a child support billing statement. If you can’t find it or you forgot it, call 1-866-901-3212.

I forgot my username. How do I reset it?

Click “forgot your username” and fill out the required fields to have your username emailed to you.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click “forgot your password” and fill out the required fields to have a temporary password emailed to you. Once you receive and log-in with the temporary password, you will be able to update your password.

What do I do if I’m locked out of my account?

Click “forgot your password” and fill out the required fields to have a temporary password emailed to you. Once you receive and log-in with the temporary password, you will be able to update your password.

Way2Go Class Action Notice

California Child Support Services was not a party to any lawsuit regarding Way2Go cards. There are no changes to child support payments or case management. The Way2Go card remains a valid payment option for child support payments.

What is the relationship between Comerica and Way2Go?

Comerica is the bank that issues Way2Go Cards to recipients of Child Support Payments on behalf of California Child Support Services.

What are the Comerica lawsuits related to Child Support Recipients?

How do you know if you are part of the settled lawsuit?

  • If you disputed unauthorized transactions on your Way2Go card and filed a claim, you may be part of the settled lawsuit. If you believe you may be affected, you can find more information at the official notice.

What are the impacts to my child support case or my payments?

The outcome of the lawsuits have no impact to your child support case or payment schedule.

Can Way2Go Cards still be used?

Yes, Way2Go cards are still valid and child support payments will continue being deposited to active cards.
