Estimate Payments
ATTENTION: This calculator has been decertified as it does not yet reflect the tax changes in the July 2025 federal budget bill. You may continue to use this calculator to estimate your child support order while the updates are being made, but certain tax calculations may not be correct. For a free certified calculator, visit your family law facilitator’s office at your local courthouse. Other certified calculators are available on the Judicial Council website.
At all times, this calculator provides only an estimate and is never a guarantee of the amount of support that may be ordered. The county child support commissioner or family law judge has the final authority to determine the amount of a child support order.

Check
You can still receive your child support payment as a paper check, but this option is slower and less secure. Your payment can be delayed, lost, or stolen. We recommend you use an electronic payment option for speed and security.
