It’s my first time logging in. What do I do?

After selecting either “person receiving support,” “parent paying support,” or “employers,” click on “register” to set up your account. Fill out the required fields, which include your participant ID, date of birth, name, email, mailing address, and phone number. Your participant ID number can be found on a child support check or on a child support billing statement. If you can’t find it or you forgot it, call 1-866-901-3212.

I forgot my username. How do I reset it?

Click “forgot your username” and fill out the required fields to have your username emailed to you.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click “forgot your password” and fill out the required fields to have a temporary password emailed to you. Once you receive and log-in with the temporary password, you will be able to update your password.
