Critical Success Factors: Revise FORM COVERSHEETS/SUMMONS & COMPLAINTS, Create new outreach materials (TV/radio stations) that focus on best practices in public outreach and plain language content at or below the 5th grade reading level, Instead of “hold” music when a call is placed on hold, have educational messages that discuss the various options child support services can offer.
