Important Information Regarding Your Current Electronic Payment Card

                         

During June and July 2020, you will automatically receive a new card called the Way2Go card to replace your current EPPICard if:

  • You received deposits in the past 36 months, or
  • You performed a transaction in the past 36 months and have an account balance of at least $100 on your Electronic Payment Card.

If you have not received any deposits and have not performed any transactions on your  Electronic Payment Card in the past 36 months, or have an invalid or incomplete mailing address on file with EPPICard, you will NOT receive a new Way2Go card to replace your current EPPICard. To get a new card in this case:

  • You must call the EPPICard Customer Service Center at 1 (877) 777-1617 if you think you might have an invalid or incomplete mailing address on file.
